Consent to publish

For the protection of both author and publisher, it is imperative that authors’ give a Consent to Publish before publication begins. This consent form ensures that we have the author’s permission to publish their contribution.

  • The Author, by submitting his or her work, gives Oriire the rights to publish this contribution with full attribution to the author of course. This transfer of publication rights covers the right to reproduce, modify, edit and distribute the article, including reprints, abridgements, translations, photographic reproductions, microform, electronic form (offline, online) or any other reproductions of similar nature – all with attribution to the author.

  • The author warrants that the contribution does not infringe upon any copyright or other right (s), and it does not contain infringing, libellous, obscene or other unlawful matter. The author warrants that he/she is the sole owner of the work, and that he has obtained the customary permission from or employed suitable references to the copyright owner whenever a passage from copyrighted material is quoted or illustration from that material is used.

  • The Author declares that any co-author, named or unnamed, of the contribution is aware of the fact and has agreed to the work being published.
