Consent to publish

For the protection of both author and publisher, Oriire requires a Consent to Publish before any work is published. By submitting a contribution, the Author agrees to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

The Author grants Oriire (Oriire Collective Ltd.) an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, edit, modify, translate, distribute, and promote the contribution in all formats and media now known or hereafter developed.

This includes, but is not limited to: print, online, newsletters, social media, archives, anthologies, and promotional materials (Always with attribution to the Author)

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, the Author may not republish or license the same contribution elsewhere.

2. Attribution

Oriire will provide clear credit to the Author (or approved pseudonym).

3. Warranties

The Author warrants that:

  • They are the sole owner of the work and hold all rights necessary to grant this license.
  • The contribution does not infringe on copyright, moral rights, or other third-party rights.
  • The contribution does not contain defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.
  • Where copyrighted material or quotations are included, proper permissions or references have been obtained.
  • Any co-author(s) are aware of and have consented to publication.

4. Editorial Rights

Oriire reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, style, and length, while maintaining the substance of the work. Oriire also reserves the right to decline publication at its discretion.
